Apparently, they might want to build not another Gran Coupe... and not another "GT"... but !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! How many models do you need?!

I read that too. Actually it's probably more convential than a GT (extra ride height + hybrid hatchback/trunk) or Gran Coupe (a 4 or 5 door "coupe")
So I guess there's that.

And no one is surprised... BMW actually needs a 3 row SUV. This is the one real niche they are missing.

Ah, I see. Well then are all the other X models that necessary? X5, I get it.

It was only a matter of time

I'm actually really looking forward to a usable 3 row BMW SUV. BMW is great at making SUV's. The first Gen X5 handled better than many sedans, and the second gen is one of the sportiest SUVs I've driven (nowadays). Really hides it's size from you. And looks amazing too! E70 X5's are one of my alltime favorite suv's.
The X3 is great too, sporty, not too big, still roomy inside.

Incorrect but I am sure they have something in the works

The 5 series GT should've been named the X7. All the mags said it had all of the 7's lux features for 75% of the price. Fix the goofy rear end and make it an x7

I freaking called it. I think someone wrote something about the Range Rover Autobiography LWB a couple weeks ago and I saw like, epic fight between BMW X7M, Audi RSQ9 and Mercedes GL65 Black Series.

I prefer the x3 to the x5 actually. Its smaller and is a really nice car to drive. Ive spent a decent amount of time in one as my mother has one. Go drive one for a bit and then hop in an x5, they are surprisingly different.
